I'm an exhibit design engineer at RES Exhibit Serices in Rochester, New York. Before this I was a student at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I finished my undergraduate studies in May 2013 and have a BFA in Industrial Design with a Minor in Packaging Science.

I am a conflicted designer because I love the outdoors and working on my motorcycles, but also love working on the computer, specifically in the CAD programs SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD. I do interesting sports like rock climbing and curling. Being practical and meticulous has made me a detail-orientated designer, especially on the mechanical aspect of design.

At RES, I work along side a team of creative and motivated people in the fields of design, engineering, graphics, production, and project management. Through a collaborative process, we create high quality exhibit experiences for our cliental in a myriad of industries including healthcare, defense, eyewear, technology, sports, and hunting

In my position, I work with project and production managers to produce detailed bill of material, construction, and setup drawings to assist in estimating, production, and show site assembly. I recently was the lead engineer on a major project for the company creating a vast 120ft x 50ft exhibit for AGFA Healthcare for the 2015 RSNA show in Chicago, IL. On opening day and throughout the show, exhibitors and booth attendees alike all commented on the immaculate detail and quality of the exhibit that RES produced.

"I enjoy creating practical and innovative solutions to solve complex design and engineering problems"
